Are you looking to host a special party soon for your family and friends?  Chef Joe Ferrari specializes in small to medium gatherings.  Chef Ferrari is happy to bring his family's recipes straight from their kitchens in Zagarise, Calabria Italy and Chieti, Abruzzo Italy to your gathering to make your event more memorable.  Choose from his favorite American and Italian dishes made with best possible ingredients including only imported pasta, tomatoes and cheeses in his dishes. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are used whenever possible. Special requests are gladly taken.  Simply ask if you don't see what you want.
